Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What is your class schedule and how does it work?

We've got a lot of flexibility in our schedule and you're NOT locked into any one time. Just commit the sessions you want. Here's our schedule:
6:00 am, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
9:00 am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday
10:00 am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday
5:00 pm, Monday - Thursday
6:00 pm, Monday - Thursday
Saturday - 9:00 am
We will be adding classes in the busier weeks:)
2. Will I be able to keep up?
This is a common question from people who haven’t worked out in a really long time…or ever. The answer is, absolutely. Even though we train in a group setting, we individualize each session to make it work for you.
3. Will the workouts be hard enough for me?
On the flip side, we also get this concern from people who are already pretty fit. The answer is YES!
The truth is – YOU GET OUT OF THE WORKOUT WHAT YOU PUT INTO THE WORKOUT.
Your exercises will be more advanced than our beginners and/or you’ll use heavier external loads (weights, bands, body angles, etc.). I’ve often jumped into these sessions myself to get a great workout. :-)
4. Will I have to follow a terrible diet?
Absolutely not!
Our meal plans are based off of real food. We provide you with a ton of education and support. Plus, you're going to receive a cookbook with DELICOUS RECIPES. :-)
5. What kind of additional support will I receive?
Another very important consideration.
As the late, great Jim Rohn used to say…
There’s nothing like being surrounded by a group of like-minded friends working towards the same goal that’s lead by a dedicated TEAM.
You’ll get all the support you need in and out of your workouts. Our private Facebook group is an incredible resource to get all your questions answered, learn new tips & tricks, share your wins, and get help when you need it.

Still Have Questions?
